We collect and process the following categories of information to power your store's Business Space and customer loyalty hub safely:

1. Account, Store Profile & Delivery Address Data

  • Business name, owner contact details, store phone number, and official email
  • Physical store address, map coordinates, opening hours, and catalog menu items
  • Shipping delivery address for dispatching your acrylic Smart Counter Display Kit

2. Loyalty Stamps, Points & Cashier PIN Logs

  • Customer visit stamp issuance logs, milestone unlocks, and store visit counts
  • Cashier 4-digit security PIN verification logs and staff confirmation history

3. Flash Deals, Spin & Win Wheel Campaigns

  • Flash Deal broadcast durations (2–48 hrs), offer discount percentages, and claim limits
  • Spin & Win wheel game configurations, coupon allocations, and cashier redemption timestamps

4. Portal Telemetry & Audit Logs

  • IP addresses, browser details, and operating system information
  • Login security timestamps, subscription status, and portal access audit logs

How We Use Information

We use collected data solely to power authorized merchant operations and customer growth:

Scalibo guarantees a 0% commission business model. We do NOT take cuts from your in-store sales revenue, nor do we sell merchant data to third-party telemarketers:

  • 100% of your store counter sales revenue belongs strictly to your business.
  • Merchant contact details are kept confidential and used only for platform service updates.
  • Cashier PIN security codes rotate regularly to protect stamp issuance integrity.

Sharing and Service Providers

Scalibo does not sell your business or administrative data.

We share data only with trusted service providers essential to platform operations:

  • Cloud database infrastructure, security firewalls, and courier partners for QR stand delivery
  • PCI-compliant payment gateways for subscription billing (Razorpay/UPI/Cards)
  • Official SMS/WhatsApp notification channels for urgent merchant service alerts

Data may be disclosed to legal authorities only when required by applicable laws or court orders.

Data Retention & Security

We enforce strict enterprise data protection controls:

  • Active business profiles, catalog menus, and stamp histories are stored in encrypted database partitions.
  • System audit logs are archived for security verification and fraud prevention.
