Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or operating a merchant account on the Scalibo Portal or Business Space builder, you represent that you are an authorized owner or representative of a business entity and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue access to the Scalibo Merchant Portal.

To operate a registered Business Space on Scalibo, merchants agree to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess legal authority to operate your business outlet.
• Provide genuine business details, opening hours, product catalog items, and shipping address for Smart Counter Display Kit delivery.
• Maintain active store status and keep physical store address coordinates accurate on the discovery map.

Merchants participating in the Scalibo Loyalty Pass & Points Hub agree to the following commitments:

• Reward Fulfillment: Honor earned customer milestone rewards (e.g. 5-stamp or 10-stamp freebies/discounts) as configured in your store Business Space without extra unannounced conditions.
• Stamp Issuance & Resets: Customer stamps (1 visit = 1 stamp or 50 points) are awarded for verified counter scans. Milestone passes reset to 0 upon completion while retaining lifetime visit analytics.
• Cashier PIN Security: The 4-digit Cashier PIN rotates regularly. Store owners and staff are responsible for keeping the PIN confidential and providing it only at checkout.
• Smart Counter Display Kit: Display the provided acrylic QR stand prominently on your store billing counter for 0.5s customer scans.

When launching Flash Deals or Spin & Win Wheel Coupon Campaigns, merchants must adhere to the following rules:

• Fulfillment Guarantee: All published percentage, flat discount, or free item vouchers must be accepted and redeemed at your physical outlet as advertised.
• Flash Deal Broadcasts: Flash deals ("See It. Visit. Grab It.") are limited to 2-to-48-hour windows to alert nearby customer devices. Deals must reflect genuine promotional offers.
• Spin & Win Coupon Games: Vouchers won through interactive wheel games are saved directly to customer wallet passes for register validation.

Scalibo operates on a 0% commission business model. Scalibo does NOT charge per-transaction fees or take cuts from your store counter revenue:

• Growth Starter (₹13/day): Includes Business Space builder, digital loyalty stamp pass, cashier PIN security, customer analytics, and 1 acrylic counter QR stand with free delivery.
• Growth Pro (₹22/day): Includes all Starter features plus Flash Deals broadcaster, Spin & Win coupon wheel builder, custom branding, and priority support.
• Billing & Refunds: Subscriptions are billed per selected interval via Razorpay (UPI/Cards). Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Merchants and store staff agree NOT to engage in any prohibited or fraudulent practices:

• Issuing fake or fraudulent customer visit stamps without genuine store counter visits.
• Artificially inflating campaign claim metrics or refusing valid customer voucher redemptions.
• Bypassing location radius checks or attempting to access other business accounts or database records.

All Scalibo platform software, UI designs, code bases, and trademarks are the property of Scalibo.

By uploading store logos, catalog photos, or promotional banners, you grant Scalibo a non-exclusive license to display these assets across customer-facing discovery apps and map listings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate merchant account access immediately if fraudulent stamp issuance, unfulfilled reward claims, or breaches of these terms occur.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Scalibo Merchant Portal following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
